Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup milk

  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2-3 Tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional (for added protein)

  • 1 small banana

  • 1 scoop protein powder with an extra ½ cup of milk

Extra Toppings!

  • sliced strawberries

  • dark chocolate chips

  • crushed Graham crackers

Method:

  • Step One: Add all ingredients to a blender; blend until smooth

  • Step Two: Taste and adjust for sweetness

  • Step Three: Chill for 30-60 minutes

  • Step Four: Enjoy!
