Chocolate Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup milk
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2-3 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional (for added protein)
1 small banana
1 scoop protein powder with an extra ½ cup of milk
Extra Toppings!
sliced strawberries
dark chocolate chips
crushed Graham crackers
Method:
Step One: Add all ingredients to a blender; blend until smooth
Step Two: Taste and adjust for sweetness
Step Three: Chill for 30-60 minutes
Step Four: Enjoy!
