Kayla DeNigris

CEO & Lead RDN

Kayla’s passion for nutrition began through her own struggles with digestive conditions, including acid reflux, food intolerances, gastritis, and gut dysbiosis. After finding healing through nutrition and holistic wellness practices, she was inspired to help others improve their health through sustainable lifestyle changes.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Montclair State University and completed her dietetic internship with Sodexo, gaining experience in both clinical and outpatient settings, including ICU care during the pandemic.

Kayla is the founder of Nutrikay Wellness, where she specializes in pediatrics and women’s health while supporting clients of all ages and health goals. With over 10 years of experience working with children, she is especially passionate about pediatric nutrition. Her counseling approach is patient-centered and rooted in motivational interviewing, helping clients build confidence and autonomy in their wellness journey through practical nutrition education and realistic lifestyle changes. Kayla strives to meet each patient where they are, creating individualized and sustainable plans while making every client feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their health journey.

Rachel is excited to continue growing her experience in sports nutrition and looks forward to supporting athletes throughout her future career as a sports dietitian.

Kelsey Comyack

Registered Dietitian (RDN)

Kelsey is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for community wellness, nutrition, and helping families build healthy relationships with food. She first earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Monmouth University, where she gained experience serving individuals facing food insecurity and supporting youth through volunteer and internship opportunities, including living in Dublin, Ireland, for three months while working alongside mentors at Youth Advocate Programmes, Inc.

After losing her father to cancer, Kelsey was inspired to pursue a career in nutrition after witnessing the impact nutrition support had on her father’s quality of life. She returned to school to earn her dietetics degree from Montclair State University, where she completed over 1,180 hours of supervised practice and volunteered at the John Theurer Cancer Center in Hackensack, NJ, before becoming a Registered Dietitian.

Throughout her training, Kelsey developed a strong passion for pediatric and maternal health. She especially enjoys helping families navigate picky eating, introducing solid foods, and creating positive mealtime experiences for children. Her years of experience as a nanny and babysitter, along with specialized training in fertility and women’s health nutrition, have shaped her compassionate and individualized approach to care.

Kelsey believes nutrition is never one-size-fits-all. Using motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, she works collaboratively with clients to create realistic, sustainable habits that support long-term health and confidence.

Kelsey is currently accepting new patients!
