We do not charge for late cancellations or no-shows. If you need to cancel or miss an appointment for any reason, please message us and let us know. We will get you in for the next available appointment.

As a courtesy, we may verify your insurance benefits; however, this is not a guarantee of coverage or payment. Final determination is made by your insurance company once claims are processed. You are responsible for any copays, coinsurance, deductibles, or non-covered services as determined by your plan.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services. Estimated costs will be provided upon request or prior to services when applicable. Actual costs may vary based on your insurance plan’s processing of claims. We are in network with Aetna, Horizon BCBS, Cigna, and United.

Out-of-pocket cost for 1 hour long sessions is $125 and for 30 minute sessions is $62.50. Please reach out of package options and sliding scale pricing needs.

No. Nutrikay Wellness LLC does not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe pharmaceutical medications.

Yes. Pediatric clients (ages 17 and under) may attend sessions with parental or guardian consent. The parent or guardian will also receive detailed notes following each session.
