A valid credit or debit card is required to be securely kept on file before your first appointment. Cards are stored through our HIPAA-compliant system. This policy helps ensure timely payment and protects both the client and provider.

We do not charge for late cancellations or no-shows. If you need to cancel or miss an appointment for any reason, please message us and let us know. We will get you in for the next available appointment.

It is your responsibility to confirm whether your insurance provider will cover the services. If insurance does not cover the session, you are responsible for paying the full cost out of pocket. We are in network with Aetna, Horizon BCBS, Cigna, and United.

All clients are responsible for ensuring their insurance company will cover the service if they decide to go through insurance rather than out of pocket. If insurance does not cover the session, clients are responsible for the full amount.

Full payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. If payment is not made within 5 business days, Nutrikay Wellness LLC reserves the right to charge the card on file for the full amount.

No. Nutrikay Wellness LLC does not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe pharmaceutical medications.

Yes. Pediatric clients (ages 17 and under) may attend sessions with parental or guardian consent. The parent or guardian will also receive detailed notes following each session.
