Sheet Pan Chicken
Ingredients:
1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
3 medium potatoes, diced
2 cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, sliced
2 Tbsp olive oil
Seasoning:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Method:
Step One: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Step Two: Cut potatoes, toss with 1 Tbsp oil and half the seasoning
Step Three: Line sheet pan with parchment paper; add potatoes; roast for 15m
Step Four: Turn potatoes; add chicken and vegetables; coat with oil and seasoning; bake for 20-25 minutes
Step Five: Let rest for 5-10 minutes (should be fully cooked)
