Time: 20 minutes Servings: 1
Ingredients
1 head of kale
3 tbsp of olive or avocado oil
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Wash your kale thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Rip your kale off of the stem and break the leaves into potato-chip-sized pieces.
- Spread your kale chips out in an even layer (try not to overlap) on a baking sheet lined with foil (or greased).
- Drizzle your olive/avocado oil on top and sprinkle your salt, pepper and garlic powder on top as well.
- Toss your kale chips on the pan with your hands so each piece is decently coated with the oil and seasonings.
- Place your chips in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes or until brown and crispy.
- Enjoy!
