Pumpkin Banana Muffins

Total Time: 35 mins Servings: 6 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions:

  • Mix wet ingredients

  • Then add dry ingredients

  • Spoon into muffin tins

  • Bake at 350°F for 18–20 mins
