Homemade Ginger Shots

Prep Time: 5 mins Total Time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1/2 lime

  • handful of ginger

  • water

Instructions:

  • Cut up half a lemon & half a lime (remove skin)

  • Remove the skin from the ginger

  • Place everything into a blender and add 4 cups of water

  • Blend!

  • Strain into a jar and store in the fridge

Benefits of ginger:

  • improves digestion

  • boosts immunity

  • alleviates PMS symptoms

  • anti-inflammatory

  • relieves pain

Take ginger shots first thing in the morning, or add it to a smoothie, juice, tea, or make a ginger sparkling water!
