Tomato Buns
Prep Time: 1.5 hours Bake Time: 18-22 mins
Ingredients:
500g Bread Flour
10g yeast
7g salt
170g water
150g tomato puree
10g sugar/honey
Instructions:
Whisk together the salt and flour
Activate the yeast in a mixture of water and sugar
Add in the tomato and mix
Let the dough rise for about an hour before you start making the buns
Cook at 400°F for about 18-22 mins!
