Tomato Buns

Prep Time: 1.5 hours Bake Time: 18-22 mins

Ingredients:

  • 500g Bread Flour

  • 10g yeast

  • 7g salt

  • 170g water

  • 150g tomato puree

  • 10g sugar/honey

Instructions:

  • Whisk together the salt and flour

  • Activate the yeast in a mixture of water and sugar

  • Add in the tomato and mix

  • Let the dough rise for about an hour before you start making the buns

  • Cook at 400°F for about 18-22 mins!
