Creamy Pumpkin Pasta Sauce

Prep Time: 5 mins Total Time: 15 mins Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup chopped onion

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • ½ cup cream or milk

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan

  • salt, pepper, pinch of sage

Instructions:

  • Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.

  • Stir in pumpkin puree and cream, simmer for 5-7 minutes.

  • Add parmesan, sage, salt, and pepper.

  • Toss with hot pasta and serve.
