Dreamy Moon Milk

Ingredients
8 oz of milk (plant-based or dairy)
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp black pepper
Toppings
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Notes
You can add calming herbs and supplements to moon milk for increased calming effect such as Ashwagandha, Magnesium and Shatavari
Directions
- Pour your milk into a small sauce pan and begin to heat on a medium heat. 
- Add in your honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, turmeric, black pepper and optional calming herbs/supplements. 
- Begin to stir your moon milk until all ingredients are mixed in well. 
- Once your moon milk begins to steam but not boil, cut the heat. 
- Transfer your moon milk to a heat-safe mug and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon. 
- Enjoy!
