Chamomile Aloe Tea
Servings: 1 Time: 7 minutes
Ingredients
1 chamomile tea bag (or lose leaf strainer full)
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup frozen aloe vera chunks
3 oz of boiled water
9 oz of cold water
Directions
- Bring 3 oz of water to a boil. 
- Place your chamomile tea and honey into a heat-safe mug. 
- Pour your boiling water into the mug with the tea and honey. 
- Let it steep for 4 minutes, stirring in the honey until dissolved. 
- Meanwhile, fill a separate 12-16 oz glass with your frozen aloe vera chunks. 
- Once your tea has steeped transfer the tea bag to your separate glass and gently pour your hot tea into the glass with the aloe vera chunks. 
- Immediately pour the 9 oz of cold water into the glass. 
- Mix your tea to cool it down adding ice or more frozen aloe vera chunks as needed. 
- Enjoy! 
Notes
Multiply the recipe to make a bigger batch and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
