Red White & Blue Yogurt Bark

Prep Time: 10 mins Additional Time: 3 hours Serves: 18 pieces

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups full-fat vanilla yogurt

  • ½ cup sliced fresh strawberries

  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries

  • ¼ cup fresh blackberries

  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries

Instructions:

  • Spread the yogurt mixture out into a thin (⅛-inch thickness), even layer on a parchment paper-lined, rimmed sheet pan. Spread the berries out across the yogurt.

  • Freeze for at least 3 hours until the yogurt is firm.

  • Break apart into pieces or cut into squares with a large, sharp knife.
